The  Botanic  Gardens  faces  the  Botanic  Park  and   is  the  most  resplendent  of  all  gardens  and  parks  in  Adelaide  city.  It  is  situated  at  North  Terrace  where  it  fronts  alongside  with  many  of  the  famous  landmarks  of  the  city  including  heritage  buildings  and  chic   complexes.  It  is  a  garden  of   many  interesting  features  including  a  conservatory,  the  historic  Palm  House  built  in  1877,  a  rose  garden  and  ponds.  There  are  numerous species  of  herbs  and  trees  which  are  home  to  beautiful  birds.
