Please make sure that you download the e-books directly from this site - http://www.somewherefascinating.com and not from any other sites to be certain that you are not downloading viruses or spywares. When running the e-books, you may see a warning about "Unknown Publisher". It is alright to ignore this warning and click on "Run" to launch the e-books.
- Remember to clear you browser cache after each purchase so that on your next purchase
you will get a new PIN to activate your e-book. If you forget to clear the cache
before you purchase another e-book, you can still clear the cache while you are
still at the PIN page and then press F5 on your keyboard to refresh the page. You
will then see a new PIN.

Please note that other browsers will have different but similar steps to clear the
cache.
- If you were unable to download the e-book from the PIN page after your purchase,
do not worry. An email
would have been sent to your email address with a link that you can click to download the
e-book.
- While you are at the PIN page (the URL will be http://www.somewherefascinating.com/result2.aspx),
do NOT press the forward or back buttons in your browser. Do NOT click on the URL (the address field
of the browser) and press Enter
to refresh. If you need to refresh the page, press F5. This is to preserve some information that was passed on by the 2Checkout web page.
- Please make sure you key in your full email address when you are keying in your
payment details in the 2Checkout web page. This is because 2Checkout will email
you a sales confirmation email and somewherefascinating.com will email you a link
where you can click to download the e-book (if you did not download the e-book in
the PIN page).
