This  Cancellations  and Returns  Policy  must  be  read  in  conjunction  with  paragraph 6. Cancellations  and  Returns  in  Terms  and  Conditions  of  which  customers  agree  and  accept  not  to  use  the  rights  of  cancellation  and  return  applicable  under  this  policy. We  reserve  that  right  to  change  the  policy  as  and  when  it  is  deemed  fit   and  you  are  advised  to  review  this  page  for  the  latest  from  time  to  time  and  especially  before  each  purchase  to  ensure  your  acceptance.

1. Returns  Policy.  Notice  must  be  given  to  Somewherefascinating.com  via  e-mail  at  helpdesk@somewherefascinating.com  with  clearly  stated  reasons  for  return  within  7 days  upon  receipt  of  item  purchased.  Our  helpdesk  will  acknowledge  receipt  of  your  notification  of  return (but  not  the  approval  for  a  refund)  within  the  same  day  or  the  next  working  day.   The  item  must  arrive  at  Somewherefascinating.com  mailing  address  within  60 days  from  date  of  invoice.

You  should  expect  to  receive  your  refund  within  3 weeks  from  date  of  arrival  of  the  returned  item  at  Somewherefascinating.com  mailing  address  if  it  meets  the  condition(s)  of  a  cancellation  and  therefore  a  refund  will  be  duly  made  to  you.  Our  helpdesk  personnel  will  notify  the  receipt  of  the  item  within  the  same  day  of  its  arrival  or  the  next  working  day.  You  will  get  a  confirmation  that  the  returned  item  has  qualified  for  a  refund  after  our  inspection  and  approval  within  the  next  3 working  days  from  our  notification  of  the  receipt  of  returned  item.

2. Exchanges.  If  you  have  received  a  defective  or  faulty  item  and  would  like  the  item  replaced,  give  us  a  notice  via  e-mail  at  helpdesk@somewherefascinating.com.  We  will  send  you  the  replacement  item  within  2 weeks  from  the  date  of  arrival  of  the  defective  or  faulty  item  at  Somewherefascinating.com  mailing  address.  You  will  be  duly  notified  by  our  personnel  at  helpdesk.

3. Cost  of  shipping  charges.  Somewherefascinating.com  will  bear  the  cost  of  shipping  charges  of  the  returned  item  which  qualifies  for  a  refund  at  the  standard  rate  of  charge  applicable  to  the  country  of  the  purchaser’s  mailing  address.  This  cost  will  be  added  to  the  total  amount  of  the  refund.

4. Packing  and  sending  back  the  return.  Kindly  use  similar  protective  packaging  materials  for  example;  hard  cardboard  box,  padded  envelope  etc.  for  the  safe  return  of  the  item(s)  and  remember  to  enclose  printed  copies  of  your  e-mail  notification  to  us  on  the  item(s)  to  be  returned  and  our  e-mail  acknowledgement  of  that  notification  by  our  helpdesk.

Somewherefascinating.com  will  not  be  responsible  for  any  loss  or  damage  in  the  course  of  the  return  shipment.  Damage  on  items  caused  by  you  or  in  the  return  shipment  process  will  disqualify  them  from  any  refund.
